The Maes-glas flock was established in 1995 and has grown to become the largest flock in Wales.
Only sheep of breed characteristics and high genetic and health qualities are retained and the flock has achieved unprecedented success in the show ring and sale rings. Including the Royal Welsh Show, Royal Cornwall, Royal Bath and West and Royal Three Counties.
The Maes-glas flock is self-sufficient and all sheep are outwintered on forage alone, their breeding has proven to thrive anywhere from cold temperatures of Northern Scotland to searing hear in the United Arab Emirates.
Sheep and semen have previously been exported to Ireland, Holland, France, Belgium, Spain, Romania, UAE, New Zealand and Argentina
